Something different. I occasionally write short fiction, in which I depart from my usual style and mix up magical/ fantastical elements with historical narratives.
Below is one of my shorts, The Heart of a Man, a dark spin on the Robin Hood legend. I am going to start posting these tales once a week, or perhaps more frequently, depending on the response.
